Cognosec 360° Approach

Our hands-on experience and research have enabled us to develop a roadmap to guide you in responding to change, irrespective of industry or domain. This roadmap has been grouped into four core knowledge domains:

1. Assess – Where you require an assessment of your internal controls, as a result of a threat or an incident with respect to its value chain or infrastructure.



2. Advise – Where you have been made aware of weaknesses in your internal controls, or had your business disrupted and require consultancy services to either resume business or to implement preventive measures and increase resilience to threats.



3. Integrate – Where you decide to acquire domain expertise to integrate a change in operational systems to respond to a compliance requirement where skill set or human resources are limited internally.



4. Operate – Where you require outsourcing to reduce inherent risks emanating from daily operations for a period of time to ensure transfer of knowledge and process maturity to safeguard corporate assets and shareholder interests.
